Devonport Park Activity Centre is a Routeways project. We deliver a range of fun, challenging activities for disabled children and young people offering access to a natural environment in the heart of the City. These activities include horticulture, outdoor education, creative play and personal development. The project is supported by range of local partners.

What We Currently Offer At Devonport Park Centre:

Young Minds

We have an open meeting at Devonport Park Activity Centre from 4:30 – 7 this Wednesday 17th January 2018 with our new Young Minds mentor. PPCV will also be here. We will be finalising the direction of the Autism and Mental Health resource pack, which is aimed at young people with autism aged up to 25 years, their friends, families and colleagues and the professionals supporting them. We really are passionate about this, and want as many voices as possible to be heard and included.

There are also 3 surveys which should be completed by Wednesday. One is designed for young people, one for their families and one for professionals. We would be very grateful if you could complete/ask people to complete so that voices can be heard even if people are not able to be present.
