Routeways achieves Customer Service Excellence Award

In February 2009 Routeways achieved the new Customer Service Excellence Award.
In February 2009 we achieved the new Customer Service Excellence Award in accordance with requirements of the Cabinet Office's Customer Service excellence Standard the Certification is for three years. We are working with staff offering Customer Service NVQ's and have implemented a Customer Service Charter and monitoring process.
