<image:caption>Routes to Grow offers a safe space for individuals of all ages who may be at risk of social isolation and loneliness. The project focuses on hands-on activities utilising greenhouse space, polytunnels and raised beds. Our gardener guides the sessions towards development of the space for service users, cultivation of produce and growth of plants. Staff are on hand for practical mental health support in an informal and relaxed setting to listen, support and signpost to additional help as required.
