Emergency First Aid at Work (1 day)

This one-day course is ideal for individuals who need to act as first aiders in the workplace. It meets the requirements of the Health and Safety Executive’s Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981. Participants will be provided with the knowledge and confidence to handle a wide range of first aid situations.

Who is it for?

  • Staff in low-risk work environments (e.g., offices, retail)

  • Workplaces where the requirement for first aid practitioners has been identified by a first aid risk assessment

Key topics include:

  • Managing an emergency

  • CPR and use of an AED

  • Dealing with bleeding, burns, and choking

Paediatric First Aid (2 days)

This two-day course is designed for anyone responsible for the care of babies and young children. It meets the requirements set by OFSTED and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
