Referral Accessed Services

These programs are commissioned by local authorities, and funded as part of support packages.

Radford Rascals

Radford Rascals offers after-school sessions for children with additional needs aged between five to eight years of age.

The project aims to encourage young people to develop their social skills and build positive relationships with peers and adults. Young people are supported to play with, and alongside similar peers in social and leisure activities.

The sessions run from the Devonport Park Activity Centre on Tuesdays and Thursdays (term-time), 3:30pm-5:30pm. Referrals are needed from local authority as part of a funded support package.

Over 18’s Complex Care

The Over 18's Complex Care provision is aimed at being a transition group

for young people moving from children's to adult social care.

The project was set up off the back of feedback from parents who were concerned about what would happen when their young people turned 18. The project offers a space for young adults with complex needs to engage in social and leisure activities that suit their interests.
