Routeways Centre Limited Welcomes Little Deers Pre-School into Its Family

Plymouth, 3 June 2025 — Routeways Centre Limited, a long-established Plymouth charity supporting disadvantaged individuals across the city since 1997, is pleased to announce it has taken on the management of Little Deers Pre-School in Plymstock.

Little Deers, a valued Plymstock early years setting, has faced operational challenges in recent years. This new partnership with Routeways aims to strengthen the pre-school’s sustainability, ensuring that local families can continue to rely on this important resource for years to come.

Routeways has been a part of the Plymstock community for a long time, serving the area from the Beckly Centre—the building where Little Deers also operate from—which it also uses for its short breaks provision for children with additional needs. The closer integration of the two services is a natural step forward, allowing for better coordination of support and use of space. By pooling resources and combining the expertise of both teams, the partnership is expected to enhance the learning environment and experiences for the children attending the pre-school.
